MENTAL HEALTH IS ALSO THE BUSINESS OF CITIES

With the first year of the COVID pandemic, mental disorders have increased by more than 25%, the World Health Organization tells us. Mental health is an issue for the future for all territories. We know it now: the environment, urban planning, work and education play a major role in the mental health and well-being of populations. It is therefore urgent to open the debate, for a global and positive approach to health: Nantes is launching an appeal joined by other cities or networks.

CONSULT NANTES CALL TO ACTION

“We, Mayors and Federations of Communities, affirm with determination that mental health must occupy a full place in the design and implementation of public policies. It is our direct responsibility to build healthy cities, including mental health. »
